How privacy is approached

CorrectionCopy aims to collect only what is reasonably needed for operation, security, support, measurement and responsible monetization.

Browser-first where practical

Many tools are designed to process inputs locally when reliable browser-side operation is practical.

Support with purpose

Names, email addresses and message details are processed when visitors choose to contact the team.

Measured responsibly

Analytics helps understand page use and performance without intentionally sending user files or their contents as analytics data.

Choices and transparency

Visitors can manage browser storage, advertising preferences and privacy requests through the controls described below.

Scope and who operates CorrectionCopy

This Privacy Policy applies to the CorrectionCopy website at correctioncopy.com, its online tools, support pages and related website functions. CorrectionCopy is owned and developed by MD SAIDUJJAMAN, who oversees the website and privacy inquiries.

In this policy, “CorrectionCopy,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to the CorrectionCopy website and its operation. “You” and “visitor” refer to a person accessing or using the website.

This policy does not replace a tool-specific privacy notice. When a particular tool uses server processing, an external service, a permission or another behavior that materially affects data handling, the tool page should provide the more specific explanation.

Information that may be processed

The information processed depends on how you use CorrectionCopy. It may include:

Tool inputs and generated resultsFiles, text, numbers, URLs, media streams or other information you intentionally provide to a tool.
Support informationYour name, email address, message, relevant page URL and details submitted through Contact or Request a Tool forms.
Technical informationIP address, browser or device information, requested URL, timestamps, response status and security-related records processed by hosting or delivery infrastructure.
Usage and measurement dataPage views, referral information, broad device or browser characteristics, approximate geography and privacy-safe interaction events used for analytics.
Preference informationTheme or interface choices stored by your browser so the website can remember a setting.
Advertising informationCookies, identifiers, consent signals and ad interaction or measurement data when advertising technologies are enabled.
CorrectionCopy does not ask visitors to create an account for ordinary tool use and does not maintain a public user-profile system.

Tool inputs, files and generated content

Many CorrectionCopy tools are designed to perform their main processing inside your browser when that approach is technically practical, accurate and reliable. In a browser-side workflow, the selected file or entered content may remain on your device during the main operation.

Not every function can operate entirely in the browser. A tool may use CorrectionCopy’s server or an external service when required for its core function. When that happens, the relevant tool page should explain the processing method, the type of data transmitted, the purpose and any meaningful retention or provider information.

Closing or resetting a browser-based tool normally clears active in-memory data and temporary object URLs, although your browser, operating system or downloaded-file history may retain ordinary local records. Files you intentionally download remain on your device until you delete them.

CorrectionCopy’s analytics design is not intended to send user file contents, extracted text, filenames, generated documents, media recordings, private values or raw tool outputs as analytics parameters.

Contact and Request a Tool submissions

When you submit the Contact form or Request a Tool form, CorrectionCopy processes the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, subject, message, requested tool details and relevant page URL.

These forms send the submitted message to the official CorrectionCopy inbox at correctioncopy.info@gmail.com. They are not designed to save the full submission in a website database.

Short-lived anti-abuse records may process a hashed or technical representation of a connection address, submission timestamp and request count to limit automated spam. Ordinary hosting and email systems may also keep security, delivery and access records.

Do not submit passwords, payment credentials, private keys, confidential files, identity documents or sensitive information that is unnecessary for the request. Email is not an appropriate channel for highly sensitive records.

Google Analytics and website measurement

CorrectionCopy uses Google Analytics to understand how pages are discovered and used, identify technical problems, evaluate navigation and improve tool experiences. Depending on configuration, browser settings, consent choices and region, Google Analytics may receive information such as page URLs, referral source, browser or device characteristics, approximate geographic information, online identifiers and privacy-safe interaction events.

CorrectionCopy does not intentionally configure analytics events to include the contents of user files, entered documents, filenames, generated outputs, exact sensitive values, camera or microphone recordings, or private support messages.

Google processes information according to its own terms and privacy documentation. You can learn how Google uses information from websites and apps that use its services at Google’s partner-sites information page.

Analytics is used for aggregate understanding and improvement. It does not provide CorrectionCopy with direct access to your Google Account password or private Google Account content.

Advertising and Google AdSense

CorrectionCopy may display advertising, including advertising supplied through Google AdSense. Advertising helps support the operation, maintenance and continued availability of the website.

When Google advertising is enabled, third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies or similar technologies to serve ads based on a visitor’s previous visits to CorrectionCopy or other websites. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables Google and its partners to serve ads based on visits to CorrectionCopy and/or other sites on the Internet.

Advertising may be personalized or non-personalized depending on your region, consent choices, browser settings, available signals and Google’s advertising configuration. Google and participating providers may process identifiers, consent signals, approximate location, device information, page context, ad interactions and measurement data.

You may manage personalized advertising through Google Ads Settings. You may also learn how Google uses information from partner websites at Google’s partner-sites information page. Industry opt-out choices may also be available through AboutAds, subject to its availability in your region.

If additional advertising vendors or networks are introduced, relevant disclosures may appear in a consent interface, provider list or updated version of this policy.

When advertising is enabled and applicable law or Google publisher requirements require consent, CorrectionCopy will present an appropriate consent-management interface before eligible personalized advertising or non-essential storage is used. For personalized ads served to users in the EEA, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, this includes a Google-certified consent management platform integrated with the IAB Transparency and Consent Framework where required.

Cookies and browser storage

Cookies are small text records stored by a browser. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage and identifiers used by scripts or service providers. CorrectionCopy and its providers may use these technologies for the purposes described below.

CategoryTypical purposeExamplesYour choices
Essential and securityDeliver pages, protect forms, detect abuse and maintain reliable operation.Security controls, request integrity, rate limiting and infrastructure records. Some essential processing cannot be disabled without affecting the requested service.
PreferencesRemember interface choices on the current browser.Light or dark theme preference and similar local settings.Clear site data or browser storage through your browser settings.
AnalyticsMeasure traffic, performance and broad interaction patterns.Google Analytics cookies or identifiers, subject to configuration and consent.Use browser controls, consent choices where shown, or privacy tools supported by your browser.
AdvertisingServe, limit, personalize and measure ads.Google AdSense advertising cookies, identifiers and consent signals when advertising is enabled.Use the site consent interface where available, Google Ads Settings and browser cookie controls.

Blocking all cookies or storage may affect saved preferences, measurement, advertising choices or certain website functions. Browser menus differ, so consult your browser’s privacy and site-data settings for exact controls.

Camera, microphone, screen and device permissions

Some tools need a browser permission to perform the action you request, such as scanning a code, recording media, testing a microphone, accessing a camera, reading motion-related capabilities or capturing a screen.

The browser or operating system controls the permission prompt. CorrectionCopy should request access only after a user action and only for a function that needs it. Denying permission may prevent that feature from working, but it should not prevent you from reading the rest of the page.

You can review or revoke a permission through the browser’s site controls or operating-system privacy settings. Camera, microphone and screen streams should be stopped when the tool finishes, is reset or is closed, subject to browser behavior.

Hosting, CDN, server logs and security processing

CorrectionCopy is hosted and delivered through infrastructure providers, including Hostinger services. Hosting, content-delivery, firewall, TLS, caching and security systems may automatically process technical information such as IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp, response code, bandwidth use, suspected abuse and diagnostic records.

This information is used to deliver the website, prevent attacks, investigate errors, enforce rate limits, maintain availability and protect visitors and infrastructure. Retention and exact processing may depend on the provider’s operational and security practices.

CorrectionCopy may block or challenge traffic that appears automated, abusive, malicious or harmful to website availability.

Service providers and third-party technology

CorrectionCopy relies on service providers where reasonably necessary to operate the website. These may include:

  • Hosting, CDN and security providers that deliver pages, provide TLS, cache assets, prevent abuse and maintain infrastructure.
  • Google Analytics for traffic and usage measurement.
  • Google AdSense and advertising providers when advertising is enabled.
  • Email infrastructure used to deliver Contact and Request a Tool submissions.
  • Technical libraries or external services used by a specific tool when required for its functionality.

Providers may process information under their own privacy terms and in locations different from yours. CorrectionCopy seeks to use providers for defined operational purposes and avoids intentionally sending tool contents to unrelated marketing systems.

Why information is processed

Depending on your location and the type of processing, CorrectionCopy may rely on one or more of the following grounds:

  • Your request: to provide the tool, output, support response or communication you asked for.
  • Consent: for non-essential cookies, personalized advertising, certain analytics behavior or device permissions where consent is required.
  • Legitimate interests: to maintain, secure, measure and improve the website without overriding applicable privacy rights.
  • Legal obligations: to comply with valid law, regulation, legal process or enforceable request.
  • Protection of rights and safety: to prevent abuse, fraud, attacks or harm.

How long information is retained

Retention depends on the information and its purpose:

  • Browser-side tool data is generally held in active memory only for the current workflow, unless you download output or a tool clearly offers persistent browser storage.
  • Preference data may remain in browser storage until you clear it or the website changes the relevant setting.
  • Contact and tool-request emails may be retained as reasonably needed to respond, evaluate requests, maintain records, prevent abuse or resolve disputes.
  • Temporary rate-limit records are designed to expire or become irrelevant after a short anti-abuse window.
  • Hosting, CDN, email, analytics and advertising providers retain information according to their settings, contracts, policies and legal requirements.

CorrectionCopy may delete information earlier when it is no longer needed, and may retain limited records longer where required for security, legal compliance or dispute resolution.

International processing

CorrectionCopy is available internationally, and service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Those countries may have different data-protection laws.

Where required, providers and website operations should use applicable contractual, consent-based or legal safeguards for international processing. By using globally delivered website functions, technical data may be routed through infrastructure in multiple regions.

Security practices

CorrectionCopy uses reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect the website and information processed through it. These may include HTTPS/TLS, input validation, anti-spam controls, rate limiting, restricted file handling, provider security systems and reduced data collection.

No website, transmission method, browser, email system or storage technology can be guaranteed completely secure. You are responsible for avoiding unnecessary sensitive information and for protecting your own device, browser, downloads and accounts.

Children’s privacy

CorrectionCopy provides general-purpose online tools and is not designed to knowingly solicit personal information from children who cannot legally consent to data processing in their jurisdiction. A parent or guardian should supervise a child’s use where appropriate.

If you believe a child submitted personal information that should be removed, contact correctioncopy.info@gmail.com with enough information to locate the relevant message without sending additional sensitive data.

Your privacy rights and choices

Depending on your jurisdiction and the processing involved, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent or information about how personal data is used. You may also have the right to complain to an applicable data-protection authority.

Access or correctionAsk whether CorrectionCopy has a support submission connected to your email and request correction where appropriate.
Deletion requestRequest deletion of an identifiable support or request email where retention is not legally or operationally required.
Cookie and ad choicesUse browser controls, any displayed consent interface and Google Ads Settings to manage applicable choices.
Permission controlAllow, deny or revoke camera, microphone, screen and device permissions through your browser or operating system.

CorrectionCopy does not sell or rent personal information. Where targeted-advertising or “sharing” rights apply, relevant consent or opt-out controls should be provided through the applicable advertising interface.

To make a privacy request, contact correctioncopy.info@gmail.com. CorrectionCopy may need reasonable information to verify the request and identify the relevant record. Do not send identity documents unless specifically and securely requested.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

This policy may be updated when website functionality, providers, advertising practices, legal requirements or data-handling processes change. The “Last updated” date at the top identifies the current version.

Material changes may also be highlighted through the website or an applicable consent interface. Continued use after an update means the revised policy applies to subsequent use, subject to rights provided by law.
