Flashing-light safety and responsible use

Nothing flashes automatically

The page opens with a static display. Rapid cycling requires a direct Start action and an explicit acknowledgement of the flashing-light warning.

Only a small target flashes

The repair method avoids rapid full-screen flashing. Keep the target as small as practical and stop immediately if you experience discomfort.

What color sequence should I use?

RGB cycles the primary subpixels. RGB plus white and black adds fully bright and dark states. Full spectrum includes cyan, magenta and yellow for a wider range of combinations.

Can I use the tool on an LCD monitor?

Yes. The solid-color test and targeted cycling can run on LCD monitors, laptops and all-in-one displays. Results depend on the actual defect and are not guaranteed.

Can I use it on OLED, AMOLED or phone screens?

The browser interface works on many OLED and mobile displays, but it cannot repair burn-in, image retention caused by panel aging, damaged circuitry or physical screen damage.

Will this fix screen burn-in or image retention?

How do I exit fullscreen?

Press Escape, use Exit Fullscreen in the floating toolbar or use the browser or device fullscreen gesture. The color cycle can also be paused or stopped without leaving fullscreen.

Why did the screen dim or lock during a session?

Some browsers or battery-saving modes may reject the request to keep the screen awake. Keep the device powered, disable automatic locking temporarily when appropriate and keep the tab visible.

Does the tool keep the screen awake?

When supported and selected, the page requests a screen wake lock after you start. The browser may deny or release it because of battery, visibility, permissions or system policy.

Does the tool continue in a background tab?
