| Preset | Dimensions | Suitable use | Export guidance |
|---|---|---|---|
| 5 × 7 inches | 127 × 177.8 mm | Common wedding, birthday and event invitation | Use 300 DPI and the bleed specified by the printer. |
| A5 | 148 × 210 mm | Larger invitation, programme or formal announcement | Keep secondary details readable and inside the safe area. |
| A6 | 105 × 148 mm | Compact invitation, save-the-date or insert card | Shorten long addresses and avoid extremely small QR codes. |
| Square | 1080 × 1080 px | Messaging apps and square social posts | Export PNG for crisp text or JPG for a smaller file. |
| Social post | 1080 × 1350 px | Portrait social feed image | Keep essential details away from the outer edge. |
| Story | 1080 × 1920 px | Vertical story and status formats | Review text at phone size before sharing. |
| Custom | User-defined millimetres | Printer templates and specialty formats | Enter the exact trim dimensions provided by the supplier. |
Upload an original image rather than a screenshot or repeatedly compressed copy. A portrait image generally suits vertical cards, while a wider image may work better in landscape layouts.
Use a short stable URL, preserve the light margin around the code, avoid low contrast and test the actual downloaded or printed invitation instead of relying only on the live preview.
Your files are protected and safe; we never collect or share your data. Event names, dates, addresses, uploaded images and generated invitation files are processed in the browser rather than through a page-specific server endpoint.
The QR feature downloads a browser component only when enabled. The entered link or text remains in the page and is converted into a static image locally.
Uploaded photos, generated previews and export canvases remain in temporary browser memory. Replacing images, resetting or closing the page releases these resources where the browser permits.
Invitations may contain personal addresses and contact information. Include only details you are comfortable distributing, especially when posting the design publicly on social media.
The editor is designed for current Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari releases on desktop, Android, iPhone and iPad. Download behaviour can vary by browser and device settings.
Six hundred DPI artwork, large custom dimensions, high-resolution photos and repeated print sheets may exceed the memory available on older phones. Use 300 DPI or a desktop browser when needed.
Browser previews use screen colour. Printers, paper, ink and professional press workflows can reproduce colours differently. Request a proof when exact brand or wedding colours matter.
The calendar file contains standard event details, but individual calendar applications may display time zones, links, line breaks and reminders differently.
Shorten the event title or address, reduce the related text size, change the template or place secondary details on the back.
Use a valid PNG, JPEG or WebP file. Rename-only conversions, zero-byte files and unsupported SVG uploads are rejected for safety.
Enable the QR option, enter a valid website, map or custom value and refresh it. Check whether a network filter blocks the optional page asset.
Increase its size, shorten the encoded URL, maintain strong contrast and test the final image or printed proof from a normal viewing distance.
Select 300 or 150 DPI, close memory-heavy tabs and retry. A single invitation PDF requires less memory than an A4 or Letter sheet.
Confirm the event date and local start time before downloading. The file uses the entered local time so the receiving calendar controls final time-zone interpretation.

An online invitation maker is a browser-based design tool for creating printable and digital event invitations. You can choose a template, enter event details, customize colours and typography, add an optional photo or logo, preview the design and download it for printing or sharing.
The editor includes templates for weddings, engagements, birthdays, children’s parties, baby showers, bridal showers, graduations, anniversaries, housewarmings, dinner parties, holiday gatherings, business events, conferences and general celebrations.
The maker includes 24 customizable templates grouped into wedding, birthday, baby and kids, celebration, and business categories. Each template has its own palette, typography, decorative treatment and photo composition.
Yes. The front presents the main event announcement, date, time and venue. The optional back can contain a schedule, directions, accommodation notes, registry information, dress code, contact details or another message.
Yes. You can upload a PNG, JPEG or WebP image for a photograph and a separate PNG, JPEG or WebP logo or monogram. The browser validates and resizes images locally. SVG uploads are not accepted because untrusted SVG files can contain active markup.
Yes. The optional QR code can contain an RSVP page, map link, event website or custom text. Keep the code dark on a light background, leave a clear margin and scan-test the downloaded invitation before printing.
Yes. The tool can create an .ics calendar file using the event title, date, time, duration, location, website and description entered in the editor. Guests can import it into many calendar applications.
The editor supports 5 × 7 inch, A5, A6, square, social post, story and custom millimetre sizes. Print presets can use bleed, while social presets export at their intended pixel dimensions.
Yes. Print and general templates can switch between portrait and landscape. The design automatically rearranges the main text, photo and decorations for the selected orientation.
Yes. PNG is suitable for high-quality digital sharing, JPG creates a smaller solid-background image, SVG preserves vector text and shapes, and PDF is useful for printing individual invitations or arranging copies on A4 or US Letter sheets.
Three hundred DPI is a common practical choice for printed invitations. Six hundred DPI creates larger files and uses more memory, while 150 DPI is useful for drafts and lightweight digital copies.
Bleed is artwork extending beyond the trim edge so minor cutting variation does not leave a white line. Use the amount required by your printer, commonly around 3 millimetres, and keep important text inside the safe area.
Yes. Use a square, social post or story preset for messaging and social platforms, or export a print-size design as PNG or JPG. Some services may compress uploaded images, so review the final shared version.
You can change the primary, accent, secondary, background and text colours, choose heading and body fonts, adjust alignment, corners, borders, spacing and major text sizes, and optionally load each template’s original style when switching.
No account or installed design application is required. A current browser with JavaScript, SVG, Canvas, Blob downloads and local file access for optional images is sufficient.
No page-specific processing endpoint receives the invitation content. Text, uploaded images, previews and exports are processed in the browser. The optional QR component is downloaded as a page asset only when QR is enabled.
The source image may be too small, highly compressed or already enlarged. Upload a larger original image, avoid screenshots, use a photo-focused template and review the downloaded file at full size before printing.
Shorten long event titles and addresses, reduce the related text-size control, switch to a roomier template, use the back side for secondary details or change the orientation.
The QR code may be too small, low contrast, cropped or blurred. Increase its size, use a short reliable URL, preserve the light quiet zone and test the final exported file on more than one phone.
High-resolution print sheets can exceed the memory available to a mobile browser. Try 300 or 150 DPI, close memory-heavy tabs, export one side at a time or use a desktop browser.
CorrectionCopy does not impose an artificial number of designs or downloads. Practical limits depend on browser memory, image dimensions, Canvas capacity and the capabilities of the device.
Yes. Use Reset Tool to return to the default design, or replace the current details and template. Temporary preview resources are released as the design changes and when the page closes.
