QR code for a website or URL
Create a website QR code for a homepage, landing page, product page, portfolio, social profile, event page or any public link. This is the most common use of an online QR code maker.
Create a custom QR code for a website link, WiFi, vCard, text, email, phone, SMS or location. Add colors, frames or a logo, then download PNG, SVG or JPG.
Paste a link or type any plain text, message or code.
Scanning this code connects a phone to your Wi-Fi automatically.
Scanning opens the dialler with this number ready.
Scanning opens this exact location in the maps app.
Pick a starting style, then fine-tune colours and shapes below.
With a logo selected, the generator deliberately uses a larger QR version so the payload and recovery data occupy more modules around the protected centre. It then clears the logo area, keeps the logo footprint limited in module terms, uses High (H) error correction and enforces a four-module outer quiet zone. Always scan-test the final download before printing.
Frames and call-to-action text are included in PNG, SVG and JPG downloads.

Make and download a custom QR code in three steps.
Choose URL, Wi-Fi, vCard, email and more, then fill in the details.
Pick a preset, set colours and shapes, add a logo from our social pack or your own, and frame it.
Download PNG, SVG or JPG at the selected resolution. Transparent background is available for PNG and SVG.
This QR code generator creates static QR codes directly in your browser for common real-world tasks. Make a URL QR code for a website or landing page, a WiFi QR code that carries network credentials, a vCard QR code for contact sharing, or codes for email, phone calls, SMS messages, geographic coordinates and plain text.
The design controls let you create a custom QR code with logo, choose dot and finder-eye shapes, use solid colors or gradients, set error correction, keep a quiet zone, and add a call-to-action frame. Eighteen presets remain available as fast starting points, while the detailed controls let you fine-tune a branded QR code for a website, business card, menu, poster, flyer, event, packaging or digital document.
PNG and JPG are useful when you need a raster image, while SVG remains scalable for print and design software. The final download uses the same selected colors, logo, error-correction level and frame settings shown in the preview. For reliability, use strong contrast and test the downloaded code with more than one scanning device before a large print run.

Encode the network name, password and security type so compatible phones can offer to join the Wi-Fi network after scanning. Special characters are escaped by the generator.
Create a contact QR code with name, company, phone, email and website details. A vCard QR code is useful on printed business cards, badges, resumes and networking material.
Generate a text QR code, email QR code, phone QR code or SMS QR code for instructions, support details, pre-addressed messages and mobile call-to-action workflows.
Enter latitude and longitude to create a location QR code that compatible mobile scanners can hand off to a maps application.
Use a built-in social icon or upload your own logo. Smart logo-safe layout protects a centre zone and automatically reduces the logo footprint when the encoded content becomes denser.
CorrectionCopy works as a free QR code maker, QR code creator and custom QR code generator for static codes. You can make a QR code online without creating an account, add a logo, choose colors and shapes, and export the finished QR image for websites, menus, posters, flyers, packaging, labels, presentations, digital documents and business cards.
Use Download PNG for a raster QR image, Download SVG for scalable vector artwork, or Download JPG when you need a solid-background JPEG. Transparent QR code output is available for PNG and SVG when transparency is enabled. The generator does not provide dynamic redirect editing or scan analytics; its codes are static and directly encode the content you enter.
QR readers need clear space around the symbol. A very small or zero margin can make detection harder when the code sits next to text, borders or other graphics.
Dark modules on a light background are the safest choice. Low-contrast palettes, similar foreground/background colors and complex backgrounds can reduce scan reliability.
QR codes support L, M, Q and H error-correction levels. Higher levels add redundancy but make the pattern denser. Q or H is a practical choice when a logo covers part of the symbol.
A valid QR symbol can still become difficult to scan after resizing, printing, compression or placement on reflective material. Test the final asset at its intended size.
The generator creates static QR codes: the encoded content is stored directly in the symbol. CorrectionCopy does not create a redirect URL, tracking service, subscription or editable destination for these codes. A static URL QR code continues to encode the same URL unless you generate a new code.
Your entered text, WiFi credentials, contact details and uploaded custom logo are processed by page JavaScript in your browser. The rendering library itself is loaded from one pinned package URL, but your QR payload is not included in that library request. This page does not use a Firebase counter, public rating database or page-specific upload endpoint.
The practical QR data capacity depends on the data type, QR version and selected error-correction level. The generator reports an error if a payload is too large for the renderer. Very large output dimensions can also be limited by available browser memory, especially on mobile devices.
Make sure the selected QR type contains the required data. If the rendering dependency cannot load, check the internet connection and reload the page.
Increase contrast, restore a reasonable quiet zone, reduce logo size, and try Q or H error correction. Also test the downloaded file rather than only a screenshot of the editor.
Verify the exact SSID, password and security type. Special characters are escaped by the generator, but the destination device must still support the selected network security.
Try a smaller resolution or another output format. Large canvas exports can fail when a browser or device has limited memory.

Yes, completely. There is no page-specific generation quota, account requirement or watermark. The tool creates static QR codes whose content is stored in the symbol itself.
These are static QR codes with no CorrectionCopy redirect or subscription. The encoded data remains the same; whether a linked destination continues to work depends on that destination remaining available.
Yes. Open Logo in the centre, pick a ready-made social icon or upload a PNG, JPG, WebP or SVG. You can upload PNG, JPG, WebP or SVG or choose a built-in icon, then adjust its shape, size and padding. Clearing dots behind the logo and using Q or H error correction can improve reliability, but always test the final design.
As long as there is strong contrast between the dots and the background - dark on light works best - it will scan reliably. Very light dots or low contrast can fail, so test before printing.
Use PNG for general raster use, SVG for a scalable vector and JPG where a solid-background raster is preferred. When Transparent background is enabled, PNG and SVG preserve transparency; JPG uses a solid background.
Enter your network name, password and encryption type. When someone scans the code with a phone camera, it offers to join the network automatically - no typing the password.
The QR payload and custom logo are processed in your browser by this tool and are not submitted to a CorrectionCopy conversion endpoint or database. The pinned rendering library itself is downloaded from its package CDN.
It is built-in redundancy that lets a code still scan when part of it is damaged or covered - for example by a logo. Higher levels (Q, H) survive more damage but make the pattern denser.
When a logo is present, Smart expanded logo-safe layout deliberately selects a larger QR version so the payload and High (H) recovery codewords are distributed across a larger surrounding matrix. It then clears the protected centre, keeps the logo obstruction to a small module footprint, adds a buffer and enforces the standard four-module outer quiet zone. QR modules themselves are fixed by the QR specification, so they are not literally moved around the image.
Smaller is safer. This generator automatically lowers the maximum logo percentage as the QR payload becomes denser. If you turn Smart logo-safe layout off, test the final QR code carefully because a large centre image can hide too many modules for reliable scanning.
Yes. Use URL / Text, paste the complete website or landing-page URL, customize the design and download it. The URL is encoded directly into a static QR code without a CorrectionCopy redirect.
A static QR code stores its destination or text directly in the symbol, so changing that content requires generating a new code. Dynamic QR services normally encode a redirect that can be edited later and may include analytics. This CorrectionCopy generator creates static QR codes.
Current iPhone and Android camera or QR-scanner apps commonly support standard QR codes, but scan success also depends on contrast, print size, camera focus, the quiet zone and how aggressively the code is styled. Test the finished file on the devices you expect people to use.
A logo can cover data modules or reduce contrast. Enable Smart expanded logo-safe layout so the generator uses a larger matrix, High (H) correction, a protected centre, a payload-aware logo cap and a four-module quiet zone. Dense payloads automatically receive a smaller logo footprint. Always test the final downloaded QR code.
