Facebook cover and post sizes
Create Page covers, Group covers, Event covers, square posts, portrait posts and vertical Stories from one source image.
Crop one photo into Facebook covers, YouTube thumbnails, Instagram posts, Stories, Reels and other platform-ready sizes, then download PNG, JPG, WebP or a batch ZIP.
Select social sizes, control the crop and export one file or a complete batch.
Drag the image to reposition it. Guides are preview-only and never exported.
This social media image resizer converts one photo or graphic into multiple platform-ready dimensions. It combines preset sizes, precise crop positioning, safe-zone previews and batch downloads so creators, businesses and social media managers can prepare consistent assets without rebuilding every image manually.
Create Page covers, Group covers, Event covers, square posts, portrait posts and vertical Stories from one source image.
Export high-resolution or HD thumbnails, channel banners with a central safe area, and square profile pictures.
Choose square, portrait, tall, landscape, Story and Reel-cover dimensions while keeping the important subject correctly framed.
Drag the live preview, use precise X and Y controls, zoom, rotate or flip the source and apply the same focal point across outputs.
Crop edge-to-edge, preserve the complete source with background space, or place it over a blurred full-canvas version.
Download the active size immediately or create a ZIP containing every checked platform preset with descriptive filenames.
Use the same workflow for a Facebook banner, YouTube thumbnail, Instagram post, vertical Story, LinkedIn graphic or custom campaign size.
The editor includes common working dimensions and aspect ratios. Platforms can still crop or display files differently across devices, so use safe-zone guides and verify important uploads.

Fill preserves the source aspect ratio while covering the complete output. It produces an edge-to-edge image but crops edges when the source and target ratios differ.
Fit keeps the whole source visible. Remaining space can be transparent, filled with a colour or filled by a blurred version of the source.
Stretch forces the image to the exact output dimensions. It avoids cropping and background space but can visibly distort people, logos and objects.
Safe zones provide a conservative visual guide for key content. They are never drawn into exported files and do not guarantee identical presentation on every device.
JPG is widely compatible and usually creates compact photographic files. It does not support transparency.
PNG preserves transparent backgrounds and sharp edges around logos, text and flat-colour designs, but files can be larger.
WebP can create smaller files with good visual quality when the current browser supports WebP encoding.
Batch export creates every checked preset and packages the outputs into one ZIP with platform and size names.
The page reads and decodes the selected image locally and does not send the source file to a page-specific processing endpoint.
Canvas rendering, image encoding and ZIP packaging occur in browser memory. Temporary result links are released when you clear results, reset or close the page.
The tool works with a file you choose from your device. It does not request camera, microphone, social account or publishing access.
Rendered outputs normally omit original camera details, EXIF location fields and other source metadata because they are newly encoded images.
Drag the preview, adjust X and Y position, reduce zoom or switch from Fill to Fit.
The source may be smaller than the target. Start with a higher-resolution image or choose a smaller preset.
Choose PNG or WebP and Transparent background. JPG always requires an opaque background.
Select fewer large presets, close other tabs, lower source resolution or export images individually.
Keep essential content inside the safe zone and review the final result on mobile and desktop after uploading.
Use PNG or JPG in a current browser. Some older browser versions cannot encode WebP.
Answers about Facebook covers, YouTube thumbnails, Instagram post sizes, batch exports, crop modes, safe zones, privacy, formats and mobile use.
It resizes and crops one source image into ready-to-download dimensions for Facebook covers and posts, YouTube thumbnails and channel art, Instagram posts, Stories and Reels, X headers, LinkedIn images, Pinterest Pins and other vertical social formats.
Yes. Select multiple presets and export them together as one ZIP. Each output uses the same crop, position and visual adjustments while preserving its own target dimensions.
Yes. Choose Facebook Page Cover, Facebook Group Cover or Facebook Event Cover, then reposition the image and use the safe-zone guide to keep important content away from likely cropped edges.
Yes. Choose the 4K or HD YouTube Thumbnail preset. The 4K preset creates a 3840 by 2160 image and the HD preset creates a 1280 by 720 image, both at a 16:9 ratio.
The presets include square 1:1, portrait 4:5, tall 3:4, landscape 1.91:1, Story 9:16 and Reel cover 9:16 outputs.
Yes. Instagram Story, Instagram Reel, Facebook Story, TikTok vertical cover, Pinterest full-screen and WhatsApp Status presets use a 1080 by 1920 vertical canvas.
Fill covers the complete output canvas and may crop the source image. Fit keeps the complete source visible and may add background space. Stretch fills the output exactly but can distort the image.
Yes. Drag the preview to change the focal position. Keyboard users can focus the preview and use arrow keys, with Shift for larger movement steps.
Yes. The editor includes zoom, rotation, horizontal flip and vertical flip controls. These adjustments are applied consistently to every selected preset.
Safe-zone guides mark a conservative area where important faces, logos and text are less likely to be cropped or covered by interface elements. Guides appear only in the preview and are not included in downloads.
Yes. Choose Fit and select Blurred image background. The complete image is placed over a blurred full-canvas version of the same source.
Yes when exporting PNG or WebP and using Fit mode with Transparent background. JPG does not support transparency, so the selected solid background colour is used.
The tool accepts genuine PNG, JPEG and WebP files. It checks the file signature before decoding and rejects unsupported or corrupted files.
You can export PNG, JPG or WebP. WebP availability depends on browser encoding support; when unavailable, choose PNG or JPG.
No page-specific upload or processing endpoint receives the source image. Decoding, cropping, resizing, rendering and ZIP creation occur locally in the browser.
Canvas-based export creates a newly rendered file and normally does not carry over the original EXIF, camera or location metadata.
No. The tool can enlarge a small source to match a preset, but it cannot recreate missing detail. The quality check warns when the selected output requires substantial upscaling.
Fill preserves aspect ratio while covering the complete target size. When the source and target ratios differ, some edges must be cropped. Drag the preview or adjust position controls to protect the important subject.
Fit preserves the entire source image. If its aspect ratio differs from the target, the remaining canvas is filled with your solid colour, transparency or blurred-image background.
Yes. Enter a custom name, width and height, then add it as a selectable preset. Custom dimensions are available during the current page session.
Yes. The interface is touch-friendly, preset cards remain usable on narrow screens and the preview supports direct dragging. Very large 4K images can still require substantial mobile memory.
Large source images and 4K outputs consume significant canvas memory. Close other tabs, choose fewer batch presets, lower the output size or retry in a desktop browser.
Not always. Platforms can crop, mask or reposition images differently across devices and placements. Keep important content inside the preview safe zone and verify the uploaded result on the target platform.
Yes. Platforms can revise supported ratios, recommended resolutions and display behaviour. The included presets are practical current working sizes, but the destination platform remains the final authority.
Reset removes the source image, custom presets, selected outputs, generated downloads and editing history, releases temporary URLs and returns the tool to its initial state.
