This browser-based PDF editor online supports adding and formatting Unicode text in 15 languages. It works as an Arabic PDF editor, Hindi PDF editor, Chinese PDF editor, Japanese PDF editor, Korean PDF editor, Russian PDF editor and Latin-language PDF text editor without changing the established visual editing workflow.
You can add text to a PDF, replace a supported detected line with new visible text, choose language and direction, change the font, size, bold, italic, colour and alignment, insert logos or photos, add a signature, draw freehand, place rectangles, ellipses, lines and arrows, or cover an area with whiteout.
Automatic script detection switches to a suitable Noto font for Arabic, Devanagari, Simplified Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Cyrillic and Vietnamese text. Arabic uses right-to-left layout, while English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Hindi, Chinese, Japanese, Russian, Indonesian, Turkish, Italian, Korean and Vietnamese use the appropriate language and writing-system metadata.
Every added object can be selected, moved, resized, rotated and removed. Undo and Redo preserve a bounded editing history, while page thumbnails, direct page navigation, zoom controls and Fit Width help review a multi-page document before export.
The editor modifies a new output copy rather than overwriting the original file. Source page content is reused where practical, while multilingual text, images, drawings, shapes, signatures and whiteout objects are applied during PDF generation.
A focused editing workspace for forms, reports, assignments, contracts, digital PDFs and scanned-page overlays in 15 supported languages.
Place Unicode text boxes with automatic script detection, language selection, RTL direction and best-effort existing-line replacement.
Add a browser-supported image, then position, resize, rotate or remove it.
Draw, type or upload a signature image and place it on the required PDF page.
Create freehand marks with adjustable colour and width for visible corrections or review notes.
Add rectangles, ellipses, lines and arrows, or cover a visible area with an opaque white object.
Reverse editing actions, zoom through pages and inspect the generated PDF before downloading.
Choose a language manually or leave the selector on Auto detect. The editor uses script-aware fonts, language metadata, Unicode text handling and right-to-left direction where required.

The Language control appears when a text object is selected. Auto detect recognizes Arabic, Devanagari, Han, Japanese kana, Hangul, Cyrillic, Vietnamese and Turkish characters. For Latin-script languages that share many characters, manual selection records the intended language while preserving the normal text-editing workflow.
Language-specific fonts are loaded only when needed. Arabic uses Noto Sans Arabic, Hindi uses Noto Sans Devanagari, Simplified Chinese uses Noto Sans SC, Japanese uses Noto Sans JP and Korean uses Noto Sans KR. Russian and Vietnamese use Noto Sans coverage, while the existing English font choices remain available.
The preview and exported PDF use the same browser text rendering path so contextual Arabic forms, Hindi conjuncts, CJK glyphs, accents and mixed-language strings retain their visible appearance. Added text is flattened into the page appearance during export for consistency; it may not remain separately selectable as a new PDF text object.
Add a missing name, date, reference number, address or short answer to a non-interactive PDF page.
Replace a supported detected line when a spelling error, outdated value or short label needs a visual correction.
Place a signature or initials on agreements, approval pages, forms and acknowledgements.
Add text, arrows, shapes and drawings to show corrections, feedback or areas requiring attention.
Insert a logo, stamp or small image and position it on the relevant page.
Use whiteout for visual cleanup when secure redaction is not required.
The page-specific editor reads and processes the selected PDF in the browser. It does not add a document-upload endpoint or permanent document storage. The selected file, extracted page text, signatures, images and generated PDF are not intentionally sent to analytics.
Existing-text replacement is best effort. PDF text is often stored as positioned glyph runs rather than editable paragraphs. The editor detects supported horizontal text lines, visually covers the original rendering and places replacement text using an available compatible language font. Complex layouts, unusual encodings, embedded subsets, vertical text, outlined letters and scanned pages may not support accurate replacement.
Multilingual text depends on the required web font loading successfully. Arabic, Hindi, Chinese, Japanese and Korean fonts are loaded on demand. If a required font cannot load because the network, content blocker or browser policy blocks it, export stops with a useful message instead of silently producing missing-glyph boxes.
Added multilingual text is visually flattened during export. This protects shaping and preview fidelity across the supported writing systems, but newly added text may not remain independently searchable or selectable in the downloaded PDF.
Whiteout is not secure redaction. It places a visible white cover over content. Do not use it to remove confidential information because underlying PDF text or objects may remain recoverable.
Any PDF modification can affect document-level features. Digital signatures may become invalid, and complex forms, bookmarks, links, attachments, optional layers or unusual annotations may not behave exactly as before. Review the downloaded PDF in the reader used by the recipient.
There is no artificial page-count or file-size limit in the interface. Practical capacity depends on available browser memory, page complexity, embedded images and the user’s device. Very large image-heavy files can be slower or may fail on lower-memory phones.
For secure removal of confidential content, use a dedicated redaction workflow rather than visual whiteout.
