Privacy, compatibility and practical limits

The selected PDF is read and processed inside the current browser session. This page does not add a document-upload endpoint, account requirement or permanent file storage. Filenames and document contents are not intentionally sent to analytics.

Rotation changes the page orientation value rather than intentionally rasterizing or recompressing the page. Text should remain selectable, and existing images and vectors should retain their source quality. Complex document-level features can still behave differently after any PDF rewrite, so review the downloaded file in the reader used by the recipient.

There is no artificial page-count or file-size restriction. Practical capacity depends on available browser memory, page complexity and the user’s device. Password-protected, malformed, partially downloaded or unusually encoded PDFs may not open.

Digital signatures can become invalid after a PDF is modified, even when the visible page content only changes orientation.

The PDF is rejected or does not open.
Confirm that the file is a genuine, complete PDF rather than another format renamed with a .pdf extension. Password-protected, damaged or partially downloaded files must be unlocked, repaired or downloaded again before rotation.
A page preview is slow or appears blank.
Wait for rendering to finish, close memory-heavy tabs and try a desktop browser when working with long image-heavy scans. Replace the file if the current session was interrupted.
The wrong page was rotated.
Use Undo, navigate to the intended page number and apply the rotation again. The current-page controls affect only the page shown in the preview.
Every page rotated when only one should change.
Use Undo to reverse the bulk action. Individual page controls and the clearly separated Rotate all pages controls help prevent accidental document-wide changes.
The downloaded PDF does not start.
Allow downloads for CorrectionCopy, confirm that the device has available storage and select Download Rotated PDF again. Mobile browsers may place the result in their Downloads or Files application.
