PDF page organizer for reordering, sorting and rearranging pages

This browser-based PDF page organizer gives every page its own thumbnail and exact output position. Use it to organize PDF pages online, reorder PDF pages, rearrange a scanned document, change PDF page order, rotate sideways pages, remove blank or unwanted pages, and combine selected pages from several PDFs into one organized file.

All accepted pages remain in one continuous sequence, even when several PDF files are added. Move a page independently of its source document, sort pages into the required order, preview the result at a larger size, rotate one page or a selected group, and use Undo or Redo when an edit needs to be reversed.

The same workflow can act as a visual PDF page manager for reports, assignments, application documents, invoices, scanned notes, manuals and archives. It changes page order and orientation without intentionally turning retained PDF pages into screenshots.

Organize PDF capabilities

A complete visual page-management workflow designed for desktop and mobile browsers.

Visual page reordering

Drag pages or use move controls that work without drag-and-drop.

Page rotation

Rotate one page, a selection, or the complete document left or right.

Precise page deletion

Remove individual or selected pages while preventing an empty output PDF.

Undo and Redo

Recover page additions, removals, movements and rotation changes.

Enlarged preview

Inspect pages with fit, zoom, previous and next controls before saving.

Private local processing

The selected PDF bytes are processed in the browser rather than uploaded.

Common reasons to rearrange or sort PDF pages

Fix scanned documents

Correct rotated scans, remove blank pages and restore pages captured in the wrong order.

Prepare reports and assignments

Move cover pages, contents, appendices, charts and references into the required sequence.

Combine multiple PDFs

Add several PDF documents, then interleave or group their pages into one organized submission.

Remove unnecessary pages

Delete duplicates, outdated sheets or confidential pages before sharing the rebuilt PDF.

Privacy, quality and practical limits

Your files are protected and safe; we never collect or share your data. The page uses local browser processing for selected PDFs. Files, filenames, page content and generated documents are not sent to a CorrectionCopy upload endpoint or included in analytics events.

Existing PDF pages are copied into the new document rather than intentionally converted into screenshots, helping retain text and image quality. A rebuilt PDF can lose document-level features such as bookmarks, digital signatures, attachments, portfolios, JavaScript actions or some complex form relationships. Practical capacity depends on available browser memory, device performance and PDF complexity rather than an artificial page limit.

Organize PDF troubleshooting

A PDF is rejected or does not open.

Choose a genuine PDF rather than another file renamed with a .pdf extension. Password-protected, encrypted, corrupted or partially downloaded PDFs may need to be unlocked or downloaded again.

Thumbnails load slowly in a long PDF.

Thumbnails are rendered progressively near the viewport. Keep the tab visible, close memory-heavy applications or use a desktop browser for very large or complex documents.

A page appears in the wrong position.

Use Undo immediately, drag the page again, or use its move-before and move-after controls. The number badge shows the exact final output position.

The browser becomes slow while saving.

Cancel the operation, remove unnecessary pages, close other memory-heavy tabs and retry. Browser-side PDF rebuilding requires enough memory for source documents and the generated output.

The download does not start.

Allow downloads for CorrectionCopy, check available device storage and select Download Organized PDF again. Mobile browsers may place the file in a downloads or Files area.

Organize PDF FAQ

How do I reorder or rearrange pages in a PDF?

Add the PDF, drag each page into the required position or use the accessible move buttons, then save and download the organized PDF.

Can I combine and organize pages from several PDFs?

Yes. Pages from every accepted PDF appear in the same continuous sequence and can be moved independently before saving one result.

Can I rotate only selected pages?

Yes. Select one or several pages and use Rotate selected left or Rotate selected right. Individual and whole-document rotation controls are also available.

Can I delete pages and undo the deletion?

Yes. Delete individual pages or a selection, then use Undo to restore the previous page sequence. The tool prevents deleting every page.

Does reordering or rotating pages reduce PDF quality?

PDF page objects are copied without intentionally rasterizing visible content. Some document-level structures may not survive the rebuilt file, so inspect complex forms, signatures or bookmarks carefully.

Is there a fixed page or file-size limit?

No artificial page-count or file-size limit is imposed for local processing. Capacity depends on the device, browser memory, source complexity and generated output size.

Are my PDFs uploaded?

No file-upload endpoint is used. Reading, previewing, page organization and output generation occur in the browser. Only broad tool-action analytics may be recorded.

Does it work on phones and tablets?

Yes, in modern mobile browsers. Use the move buttons as an alternative to drag-and-drop. Large PDFs may be more reliable on devices with more available memory.
